Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to know if an employee who takes sick leave but has fully utilised his/her sick leave for that year. What does the employer do:
1] deduct from his Annual Leave [if any] before treating such leave as unpaid leave? OR
2] to treat it as unpaid leave right away?
If so, may I know under which subsection of the EA it is stated in?
