Indonesian Worker with Passport and Work Permit Expired

What to do when You have an Indonesian Worker with Expired Passport & Work Permit in Malaysia ?

Firstly, bring him to Indonesian Embassy to renew his passport. and after renewing the passport, do the following below :-

Appeal for Special Pass for Overstay and Apply for work permit again. The Indonesian Worker will be required to pay for the Journey performed and Penalty for Overstaying. The appeal will have to be sent to Director of Immigration Dept.

Appeal for Special Pass for overstay and then send the Indonesian home. There will be penalties during the appeal stage.

My company wanted to transfer me to outstation, PJ effective 1st Jan 2011.(Hometown at Melaka). HR sent me the transfer letter during my 2 mths confinement perioud. Can they do this to a worker during their confinement?what should i do now if i do not wish to go or can i delay the transfer ?Please advice and thanks.
