New EA FORM 2008 – Section G Updated.

Inland Revenue Board has just released the New Format for EA Form Year 2008. Employers will need to print into this new format and all the previous Years EA Form has become invalid.

I have got myself a copy of the EA Form and attached it on this site. View it below this post.

Update 6/3/2009 : Sorry i do not have any softcopy with me. I’ll try to upload one if i can find one.
