How to get the above letter ?

Normally you can just write to the PR Department of Police HQ at Bukit Aman or get it from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs . But that would take at least 2 weeks to 2 months to be processed.

But there are some alternative ways you could get it in 3 days. If you need contacts for this kind of service you could let me know. The checking service will cost around RM 100 per person/per check.

Hi,

I have written to the Ministry of Foreign Affair, and have waited for 3 months, but have yet to receive my letter. Would appreciate if you could let me know, how i can get this letter, as soon as possible. Thanks.

Call the Malaysian High Commission in London (Just hard-search it in google) and ask for your application form. Easy.

i originally was meant to go overseas early this year.. so i applied for the letter of good conduct and received it in december 07.
however, it got postponed to jan 09. is the letter still valid or do i have to apply for a new one?

I’m going to apply for the Malaysian police check too. Btw, how did you go with the statutory declaration form? Did you get it sign by the Commissioner of Oaths or the Public Notary?

I urgently need to get my malaysian police check however I’m currently in Melbourne.My first question is,what is my quickest option.Second, with the statutory declarion form, who else is allowed to commission the form other than a commisioner of oath? I am an Ethiopian who resided in Malaysia for two years (2003-2005) during my master studies at UPM. Now that I am trying to further my studies, I was offered a place in UK. It is a requirment to have the letter of good conduct. So, I have applied to the MFA using the usual procedures two months ago and I haven’t got the cirtificate yet. Can you please, please help me get it within as hort time as possible??? It is a top urgent case!

Hi there,

I really need help urgently to obtain the letter of good conduct. The reason is because I need the letter for immigration purpose. I know it requires RM30 to pay but i don’t have any number to call.
